Having bought the last ring in this style, I needed it to be resized.
As a result rather than reworking the ring, I had a brand new one made from scratch, this took around three weeks, but was well worth waiting for.
It arrived in perfect brand new condition and my wife loves it.
I made a few progress enquiries and was kept fully updated with the progress and had tracking details supplied when the ring was actually despatched.
With delivery the next day. Absolutely great service.
