Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Same carbon, same hardness, same fire — graded on the same 4Cs as mined stones. They are diamonds, not simulants like cubic zirconia or moissanite.
Will my diamond come with a certificate?
Yes. Eligible stones ship with an independent IGI or GIA report matched to the exact diamond in your piece — the same labs used across the trade.
Can I try pieces on in Hatton Garden?
Yes — book a short appointment at our Hatton Garden showroom. Bring a photo, a budget, or nothing at all. No pressure to buy on the day.
What if I get the ring size wrong?
Your first resize is complimentary. Unsure before you order? Message us or book a visit and we will help you measure properly.
Can I return what I buy?
Most pieces can be returned within 30 days, unworn and in original condition. Full details are in our refund policy.
How long until my order arrives?
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order jewellery is finished in Hatton Garden in about 2–3 weeks.
Why are Amada prices lower than the high street?
We make and sell direct — you pay for the diamond and the craft, not a chain of wholesale markups.
Is my jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece is hallmarked by the Assay Office London before it ships.
Can you make something bespoke?
Yes. Describe the piece you have in mind and our Atelier turns it into a real search across our stock, or a commission made to your brief.
Will I get a valuation for insurance?
Certified pieces arrive with their IGI or GIA report, which most insurers accept for cover. Ask us if you need a separate written valuation.
