Every stone is checked on our own bench before it is set, and anything sold here as GIA certified carries a GIA report matched to that exact diamond.

Yes. We buy direct from suppliers we know and have dealt with for years, each of whom warrants the stones they sell us as conflict-free — we do not buy from anonymous parcels or clearing lots. If you want the paperwork on a particular stone before you commit, ask and we will send you what we hold.

Every diamond in this collection is graded by GIA, the strictest of the independent labs. The report number sits on the product page — look it up on GIA's own report check before you pay us anything, and the report itself ships in the box.

Over 1,000 pieces ready to ship, across engagement rings, stud earrings, tennis bracelets and pendants — held in our own safe rather than ordered in when you click buy. What is listed online is a fraction of what is in the building, so if you cannot see it, ask.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave Hatton Garden within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order takes 2–3 weeks, because the piece is made for you rather than pulled off a shelf. Everything ships fully insured and needs a signature.

Yes — this is the part we are actually good at. Tell us shape, carat, colour, clarity and a budget, and we will come back with what our suppliers are holding against it, usually the same day. You see the GIA report and the price before you commit to anything.

Not because it looks different — side by side, at the same grades, most people cannot tell. You are paying for origin and scarcity: a natural diamond is finite and took billions of years to form. We sell both, honestly, and we will tell you which makes more sense for your budget rather than steering you at the dearer one.

Every ring includes one complimentary resize. Most pieces can also be returned within 30 days, unworn and in original condition — made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces are the exceptions.

The GIA report that ships with your diamond is what most insurers ask for, alongside your invoice. If your insurer wants a separate written valuation, tell us and we will arrange one.
