I am so delighted with my ring. The service has been incredible from start to finish. The communication has been great. Amada kept me updated during the whole process and my ring arrived within 24 hours. My advice, when your jewellery arrives, open up the box in a dark room. All I can say is WOW.

I saw this ring on line and loved the look of it but I was nervous about buying something this significant without actually seeing it ‘in the flesh’, so I made a day trip from Wales to London to visit the shop.
When I arrived the staff were really welcoming out took a long time not only to show me the ring I had come to see but other options as well. I absolutely loved this ring, it was so beautifully made, of excellent quality and gorgeous on the finger. The ring didn’t fit me but I took myself off for a coffee and came back an hour later to collect it-happiness in a box❤️. I returned home very happy indeed.
I have subsequently bought 3 more pieces from this shop and the staff have always been more than accommodating regarding my requests for slight alterations and have always promptly answered by on-line communications-thank you.

Beautiful piece of jewellery
I have just received this ring, which was made to fit me. It is sooo beautiful and sparkly. The setting is amazing quality and really heavy. I cannot express how delighted I am with my ring and with the service and communications I received from Amada staff. I also bought another ring and a pendant and I am equally delighted with the quality and workmanship of those pieces. I will be buying more, in the future and would thoroughly recommend this Company. Arrived promptly and well packaged, box is lovely with small lights that turn on when you open the box its a nice touch, necklace itself is beautiful, exactly as advertised online, could have been a touch more personable on the chat but did answer all questions i asked with no problems was just abit robotic imagine it’s very different instore. I received the earrings quite quickly and when I unpacked them they looked absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately she got taken into hospital before she could try them on and she died later that week. Sorry not to be able to give a decent review. However when she first saw them her eyes were wide with delight. This made it well worth it to me so thank you so much as that image will stay with me.
