A soft cloth day to day, mild soap if it needs it, and a dry place when you take it off. Bring it into Hatton Garden whenever it wants a proper reset — we clean and polish Amada pieces free of charge, and most leave looking as they did on the day they left.
Delivery & returns
Free insured UK delivery, signature required. Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–3 working days; made-to-order is finished in Hatton Garden in about 2–3 weeks.
Returns are 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in the packaging it arrived in. Email us and we will confirm the return; you send it back insured and signed-for, or bring it into Hatton Garden. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces are the exceptions.
The first resize is complimentary if the size is not right.

Where is this made?
Designed in Hatton Garden and set by hand in our own workshop, then finished and hallmarked by the Assay Office London before it ships — British made, not imported jewellery with a London stamp added later.
Why is Amada less than the high street?
We cut out the wholesale chain. You buy from the workshop that makes it, so the money goes on the diamond and the setting rather than a succession of markups. That is how we put a better stone in front of you for the same budget.
Can I return it?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging. Email sales@amadadiamonds.com and we will confirm the return, then send it back insured and signed-for or drop it into our Hatton Garden showroom. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces cannot be returned.
Is delivery insured?
Every order ships fully insured and needs a signature. If anything happens between Hatton Garden and your door, it is our problem, not yours. Certified pieces arrive with their report, which most insurers accept for cover; ask us if you need a separate written valuation.
How long will my order take?

Can I see it before I buy?

Thousands of settings and certified stones, from solitaires to hidden halos, in the workshop rather than on a render. If the one on this page is close but not quite, we will find the one that is.
How do I find her ring size without asking?
Borrow a ring she already wears on that finger and message us the inside measurement, or visit our Hatton Garden showroom for a complimentary finger measurement. If it is still not right, the first resize is complimentary.
What if I get the ring size wrong?
The first resize is complimentary. Send it back within 30 days and we will adjust it for you.
