A soft cloth day to day, mild soap if it needs it, and a dry place when you take it off. Bring it into Hatton Garden whenever it wants a proper reset — we clean and polish Amada pieces free of charge, and most leave looking as they did on the day they left.
Delivery & returns
Free insured UK delivery, signature required. Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–3 working days; made-to-order is finished in Hatton Garden in about 2–3 weeks.
Returns are 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in the packaging it arrived in. Email us and we will confirm the return; you send it back insured and signed-for, or bring it into Hatton Garden. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces are the exceptions.
The first resize is complimentary if the size is not right.

Where is this made?
Designed in Hatton Garden and set by hand in our own workshop, then finished and hallmarked by the Assay Office London before it ships — British made, not imported jewellery with a London stamp added later.
Why is Amada less than the high street?
We cut out the wholesale chain. You buy from the workshop that makes it, so the money goes on the diamond and the setting rather than a succession of markups. That is how we put a better stone in front of you for the same budget.
Can I return it?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging. Email sales@amadadiamonds.com and we will confirm the return, then send it back insured and signed-for or drop it into our Hatton Garden showroom. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces cannot be returned.
Is delivery insured?
Every order ships fully insured and needs a signature. If anything happens between Hatton Garden and your door, it is our problem, not yours. Certified pieces arrive with their report, which most insurers accept for cover; ask us if you need a separate written valuation.
How long will my order take?

Can I see it before I buy?

Are the diamonds matched all the way round?
Yes. Every stone in the band is selected to the same colour and clarity grade before it is set, so the line reads evenly rather than flashing bright and dull as it turns.
Do you have bands beyond this one?
Eternity, half-eternity, shaped and plain — in the metals and widths that actually sit against the engagement rings people bring us. If this profile is close, we almost certainly have the one that closes the gap.
Will this sit flush against an engagement ring?
Tell us the engagement ring it needs to sit beside and we will advise on the profile. Bring both in, or send photographs, and we will check before you order.
What if I get the ring size wrong?
The first resize is complimentary. Send it back within 30 days and we will adjust it for you.
