A soft cloth day to day, mild soap if it needs it, and a dry place when you take it off. Bring it into Hatton Garden whenever it wants a proper reset — we clean and polish Amada pieces free of charge, and most leave looking as they did on the day they left.
Delivery & returns
Free insured UK delivery, signature required. Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–3 working days; made-to-order is finished in Hatton Garden in about 2–3 weeks.
Returns are 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in the packaging it arrived in. Email us and we will confirm the return; you send it back insured and signed-for, or bring it into Hatton Garden. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces are the exceptions.

Where is this made?
Designed in Hatton Garden and set by hand in our own workshop, then finished and hallmarked by the Assay Office London before it ships — British made, not imported jewellery with a London stamp added later.
Why is Amada less than the high street?
We cut out the wholesale chain. You buy from the workshop that makes it, so the money goes on the diamond and the setting rather than a succession of markups. That is how we put a better stone in front of you for the same budget.
Can I return it?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging. Email sales@amadadiamonds.com and we will confirm the return, then send it back insured and signed-for or drop it into our Hatton Garden showroom. Made-to-order, engraved and already-resized pieces cannot be returned.
Is delivery insured?
Every order ships fully insured and needs a signature. If anything happens between Hatton Garden and your door, it is our problem, not yours. Certified pieces arrive with their report, which most insurers accept for cover; ask us if you need a separate written valuation.
How long will my order take?

Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Book a short appointment at Hatton Garden — bring a photo, a budget, or nothing at all. No pressure to buy on the day.
Are the diamonds matched along the bracelet?
Each diamond is chosen to the same colour and clarity grade and set by hand in our own workshop, so the line stays even from clasp to clasp. Independent GIA or IGI reports are listed on the bracelets that carry them.
How many tennis bracelets do you hold?
A full run of lengths and carat weights, in yellow, white and rose, sitting in Hatton Garden rather than as a made-up render. If this one is close, we will put the next size or weight in front of you.
How do I know the bracelet will fit?
Choose your length on this page — 6.5, 7 or 7.5 inches. If none of those is right, pick the custom option or message us with your wrist measurement and we will make it to fit.
Is the clasp secure enough for daily wear?
Every bracelet is finished with a box clasp and a safety catch, checked in Hatton Garden before it ships. Bring it back any time and we will re-check the clasp free of charge.
