Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds and cost significantly less for the same size and grade, so most of our lab-grown range is top colour and clarity (D-E colour, VVS clarity). Natural diamonds are mined, rarer and hold a timeless appeal, and we offer the best value for money across all natural grades, so you can choose the colour and clarity that suits your budget. Most of our lab-grown diamonds are D-E colour and VVS clarity, the top grades, and our natural diamonds offer the best value for money in every grade. UK delivery is free on every order. International orders are charged economy rates, which are calculated at checkout.

UK orders go by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked service. Your parcel is insured until it is signed for, and it needs a signature on arrival. International orders go by FedEx or Royal Mail International.

Every parcel needs a signature. If nobody is in, it goes to your local delivery office and you will need photo ID to collect it.

Yes. Every ring includes one free resize, and sending a ring for resizing does not use up your 30-day return window. If you need further resizing, contact us and we will advise. A ring that has already been resized cannot be returned for a refund.

For 12 months from delivery we repair or replace jewellery we supplied if a manufacturing defect appears in normal use. It does not cover everyday wear, accidental damage, loss or work by third parties. Email sales@amadadiamonds.com with your order number and photos to make a claim.

A laboratory report on one diamond that records its measurements and its colour, clarity, cut and carat grades. It describes the stone, not the metal.

Use the report number on the laboratory's online verification tool and check that the weight, measurements and shape match. We are happy to walk you through it.

No. A grading report describes quality. An insurance valuation is a separate document. Ask us if you need one for your piece.

Yes. Book an appointment at our Hatton Garden showroom and we will show you stones side by side.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, items engraved at your request, rings already resized at your request, and gift cards.

Every return is inspected first. After that, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days, and refunds on finance agreements can take longer.

Return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you want.

Check your order when it arrives and email sales@amadadiamonds.com straight away. This is separate from the 30-day window and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Both work. You can buy online at any time, or talk it through first by WhatsApp, live chat, phone or email, or book a private viewing at our Hatton Garden showroom. Nothing is pushy and there is no obligation.

At checkout we offer the payment options available for your order, including major cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna where eligible.

Where Klarna or a finance option is offered at checkout for your basket, you can spread the cost. If you do not see it, ask us and we will advise.
